• We work to provide accurate product and ingredient information. Manufacturers may make minor changes to packaging design without changing the original formula.

• Cash on Delivery: Pay the delivery representative in cash when you receive your order.

4 Shipping and Delivery

• Fast, reliable delivery to all governorates in Egypt.
• Delivery time: 1–3 working days for Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and 2–5 working days for other governorates.
• The delivery charge is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and governorate.

5 Returns and Exchange Policy

Under Egyptian consumer protection law and the hygiene requirements for personal care products:

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and factory-sealed for hygiene reasons.
• If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, the store covers all shipping costs and will replace the product or provide a full refund immediately.
